Open air cistern that is fed by water trucks, in a desert region of Somalia. The current drought has brought in many IDPs to their village and is putting stress on their water systems. Complicating the issue is that the price of water from the delivery tucks has trippled in price during the drought. (not to mention the evaporation issues in the hot sun!)
